Taunya Knolles Rosenbloom, Esq.
Taunya Knolles Rosenbloom is the owner of a private law practice located in Athens, Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on oil and gas leasing and development issues, as well as civil litigation. Ms. Rosenbloom represents and assists landowners in lease negotiations, lease enforcement, breach of contract claims arising from oil and gas leases, bad faith unitization claims, contamination claims, surface use agreements, and varying other business transactions and litigation matters.
Ms. Rosenbloom has expanded her network to include professional resources capable of providing competent and effective estate planning and consulting services for her clients. Ms. Rosenbloom received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a cognate in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University in 1998, and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2003, focusing on trial advocacy. Prior to returning to Bradford County, Pennsylvania, Ms. Rosenbloom was an associate with a Tampa Bay Area litigation firm. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and New York.
Ms. Rosenbloom held the position of Secretary and Treasurer for the Bradford County Bar Association from 2005 until 2008. In 2008, she took the position of Executive Member for the Bar Association. Ms. Rosenbloom also sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, servicing Athens and Sayre, Pennsylvania, and Waverly, New York, is a member of the Athens Business Association, and was appointed to serve as the Child Victim Advocate for Bradford County.
Christopher D. Jones, Esq.
Attorney Jones is a partner with the law firm of Griffin, Dawsey, DePaola & Jones, P.C., in Towanda, Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Griffin, Dawsey, DePaola & Jones, P.C. is a general practice law firm which has represented clients in Bradford County and the surrounding counties for over 60 years. Attorney Jones is well versed in oil and gas law and litigation. Attorney Jones has represented landowners in all issues dealing with natural gas development, including lease negotiations, property rights, breach of contract actions, and royalty rights. Attorney Jones has provided testimony to the Pennsylvania Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee and the Pennsylvania House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee regarding the numerous issues that clients are faced with regarding their royalties and improper deductions.
Thomas S. McNamara, Esq.
Attorney McNamara is a founding shareholder of Indik & McNamara, P.C., a law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. Mr. McNamara is an accomplished trial attorney who has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, and has more than 25 years of experience litigating a wide range of business, professional, real estate and personal financial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, claims for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and other business torts, claims for professional negligence, and statutory claims for antitrust, RICO, securities and trademark violations, and for unfair trade practices. He also has represented individuals in cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death. Mr. McNamara graduated from Rutgers College in 1980, with a B.A. degree in economics, and received his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 1983. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with his wife and son, where he has served as a court appointed child advocate on behalf of the Support Center for Child Advocates, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
